The Graphic Designer is responsible for executing and maintaining Yummie’s brand identity across all digital marketing channels. This role supports daily revenue-driving initiatives through email marketing, homepage updates, SMS campaigns, wholesale communications, and social media content. The designer works cross-functionally with e-commerce and sales creative teams to ensure brand consistency, timely execution of promotions, and organized asset management.
This is a key role in supporting daily sales performance while maintaining Yummie’s premium, cohesive visual standards across all touchpoints.
The position reports directly to the Chief Creative Officer.
Daily ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing & SMS
- Design daily marketing newsletters in alignment with brand guidelines and best practices
- Set up and build email campaigns within the Klaviyo platform
- Update and maintain existing email templates
- Design and deploy newsletters for Faire wholesale customers
- Set up SMS campaigns within the Attentive platform
- Proactively brainstorm timely and trend-driven content ideas for newsletters and campaigns to support sales goals and seasonal initiatives
Website, Copy & Promotional Creative
- Design homepage banners for daily promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Provide brand copy across all platforms including homepage, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and promotional materials
- Create promotional graphics to support sitewide sales and product launches
Photography & Asset Management
- Provide the sales team with updated product photography as needed
- Supply requested photography assets for blog posts and marketing initiatives
- Prepare product images for retouching
- Organize final retouched photography within Box for team access
- Provide assets for TV events, including PDP imagery, lifestyle photography, size charts, and promotional banners
- Distribute requested brand assets (logos, size charts, brand materials, etc.)
- Track outsourced retouching and provide approved monthly invoices to accounting
Social Media
- Create and maintain the social media content calendar
- Design promotional social assets
- Post and share daily Instagram Stories
- Create promo-related IG story content aligned with current campaigns
Key Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion, apparel, or e-commerce
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with Canva for quick-turn marketing assets and collaborative design projects
- Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms (Attentive preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and performance-driven design
- Ability to work within established brand guidelines while maintaining creativity
- Experience with product photography organization and asset management systems (Box or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple daily deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and consistency
- Ability to work cross-functionally and respond quickly to sales-driven creative requests
- Understanding of social media content creation and visual storytelling
