  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience leading the production of projects from creative brief through launch.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, managing external brand partnerships, sponsor ships, or integrated marketing programs.
  • Experience writing and editing copy for digital marketing campaigns, editorial programs, or sponsorship pitches.
  • Experience using digital content management systems (CMS) for content curation or distribution.

As a Creative in Marketing, you bring visual, design, written and experiential acumen to Google products and services, presented across all major media, content, channels, and experiences. You have the ability to perform your role in a flexible, ever-changing environment and must be open to new influences and inspiration. You will work with a deeply cross-functional team and inspire a team of vendor partners by sharing ideas and developing effective solutions to generate multiple concepts supporting all forms of major media.

You will be equally comfortable making; rolling up your sleeves and designing, mocking, writing, or prototyping; showing, not telling. Above all, you will inspire and lead by example by making the most of every opportunity to develop breakthrough creative, consistent with the Google Marketing brand, and be able to take and provide clear direction and creative feedback that pushes work forward.

Google TV is redefining the TV experience to make it highly personalized, Google-smart, and content-forward to help users access the world’s media. Through recent launches like Chromecast with Google TV, we bring together the best of Google. Google TV is focused on scaling across the OEM ecosystem; working closely with third-party streaming partners plus many teams across Google (for example: Ads, Play, and You Tube);

and building a business on TV platforms, OTT devices, and mobile devices. With millions of active users of our products plus being amidst the quickly evolving media and entertainment industry, there are plenty of opportunities for the team and individuals in it.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
  • Represent the feature or production team in decision-making meetings with leadership. Make feature or production-level pitches.
  • Evaluate content to ensure adherence to creative and technical goals, and direct nuanced and complex creative and technical decisions.
  • Lead the project management of sponsorship programs on Google TV from pitch to execution.
  • Lead the development of new sponsorship programs. Pitch new programs internally, develop the program if green-lit and build and launch the program.
  • Collaborate across multiple internal teams to bring sponsor ships to life, including Go-To-Market, Sales, Design, UX, Product Managers and Engineering.
