OverviewPOSITION SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled PowerPoint Presentation Designer to support our Sales teams in developing compelling, visually polished pitch decks for vendors and retail partners. This role blends design expertise with strategic storytelling, requiring an eye for detail, strong layout sensibilities, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging visual narratives. The ideal candidate thrives under tight deadlines, is resourceful, and excels in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties- Collaborate with Sales teams to design, and produce high-impact PowerPoint presentations tailored to vendor and retailer needs.
- Transform rough content, data, and product information into visually engaging, brand-aligned pitch decks.
- Use Photoshop to composite and enhance images, including working with factory renderings and product mockups to create compelling visuals.
- Maintain high standards of typography, layout design, and visual consistency across all presentation materials.
- Adapt existing brand assets and create new visual elements that support storytelling and elevate pitch quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with tight turnaround times
, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy. - Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams to gather content, refine messaging, and ensure alignment.
- Troubleshoot design challenges with creativity and resourcefulness
, offering new solutions when faced with limited assets. - Stay current with industry trends, presentation design best practices, and emerging tools.
- 5+ years of presentation design or visual communication experience — ideally within a global consumer brand or agency environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power Point — with a strong portfolio of professional presentations.
- Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, and layout principles
. - Agency and pitch experience — background working in fast-paced creative teams with direct experience pitching to external partners or enterprise clients.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Storytelling expertise — a portfolio that includes end-to-end pitch work for executive or external audiences, with strong visual storytelling, clear narrative structure, visual systems, and examples of prototype-style slides or concepting.
- Agility under pressure — proven ability to concept quickly, iterate efficiently, and deliver polished work under tight deadlines while managing multiple concurrent work streams.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and proactive.
- Strong communication skills

or similar 3D software skills — to create product renderings and animations are a plus. - Experience in consumer goods, retail, or vendor-focused environments is a plus.
