Overview
United by Excellence Together, our brands serve every corner of the golf lifestyle with quality, authenticity, and innovation. While each brand benefits from shared resources, supply chain excellence, and a strong commitment to sustainability, each maintains the unique character that defines it. Our Design Team sits at the center of this mission - where creativity, performance, and craftsmanship meet.
- Fairway & Greene — Premium, timeless golf apparel inspired by the game's most authentic traditions. Meticulously tailored using the finest fabrics, delivering refined elegance and performance.
- B. Draddy — Relaxed American style crafted with premium materials. Elevated essentials that blend heritage, comfort, and modern versatility.
- Zero Restriction — Technically advanced outerwear and performance apparel engineered for serious athletes, offering weatherproof innovation and uncompromising mobility.
The Design Intern position is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on exposure to the full apparel design lifecycle—from initial concept through final execution. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, this role offers an immersive learning experience within a fast-paced, premium golf apparel environment.
The intern will closely shadow the Creative Director, gaining insight into creative decision-making, brand storytelling, and seasonal vision planning. Over time, the goal is for the intern to evolve from observation to actively contributing thoughtful creative ideas, research, and design input to the team. High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time role upon completion of the internship.
