Overview & Responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic, initiative-taking finance leader well-versed in accounting and finance who can work effectively in a cross-functional environment. Priorities will include: tracking, forecasting, and reporting on key subscription metrics, including CAC, LTV and ARPU; preparing month-end financial reports in accordance with Paramount requirements; and leading the monthly and annual budgeting and forecasting processes for The Free Press.

Given the fast-paced environment, we are seeking candidates who are capable of not only providing data-driven financial insights to senior management but also willing to dive deep into the day-to-day accounting work, pitching in wherever necessary. Candidates must be comfortable learning about and utilizing new AI finance and planning tools to drive insights and efficiencies.
