Business + Legal Affairs Intern; LA

A24 is looking for two (2) part-time, in-office interns to support the Business + Legal Affairs team for the summer. Must be available up to 20 hours per week with 2-3 days in our West Hollywood office from June to August 2026.

• Reviewing and summarizing talent deals across a variety offilm and television projects to improve internal communication and efficiency
• Assisting with maintenance of the business affairs and legal department’s knowledge management resources
• Researching legal questions related to film and television projects and industry updates (e.g., guild rules, AI policies,etc.)
• Managing signature pages and compiling fully executed documents
• Assisting with entity formation
• Assisting with additional special projects

• Currently enrolled in an ABA accredited law school
• Available part-time during the summer to work in person atA
  24’s LA office in West Hollywood
• Interest in entertainment law (specifically in film and television production)
• Highly motivated and detail oriented
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
