This design-led production agency, working with some of the world’s most recognised luxury and beauty brands, has an opening for an Experiential Designer. Their client roster spans globally recognised names, and their work – publicly visible across campaigns for major luxury cosmetics brands and beauty activations – sits at the intersection of brand strategy and physical storytelling.
The RoleYou will concept and develop experiential packaging and PR mailer ideas from initial brief through to production-ready design. This means translating brand briefs into physical, narrative-led packaging concepts – storytelling objects that begin the moment someone picks up the box, not commodity packaging.
You will apply graphic design skills to create visually compelling presentations and packaging that communicate brand stories clearly, develop branded merchandise and custom product concepts that extend campaign narratives, and collaborate with production teams to ensure creative vision is delivered on time and within budget.
The agency is expanding into custom merchandise and product design, broadening the range of output you will work across. You will report to an Associate Creative Director in a studio where creative leadership has defined aesthetic standards and good work gets noticed.
The Package$80,000 – $85,000. Hybrid working in the New York or Los Angeles office. Opportunities for career growth. Great benefits package.
The PersonA mid-level Designer with 3 – 6 years of experience working at a packaging design studio, experiential agency, or luxury brand in-house team. You have worked on PR gifting, unboxing, or brand activation projects, and your portfolio shows you think in stories, not just structures. You may be feeling constrained by repetitive briefs at your current studio and are looking to work remotely in the luxury and beauty sector.
