Senior Experiential Designer

Overview

This design-led studio with offices spanning major creative capitals – from Los Angeles to London – is looking for a Senior Experiential Designer to join their New York operation. Their work sits in the rare space where luxury brands meet experiential gifting: PR mailers, bespoke packaging, and custom products where unboxing becomes a brand moment. This is narrative-driven design for globally recognised clients, not production-line packaging.

You will lead concept development for gifting campaigns and experiential packaging projects from brief to final design handover. This means taking a luxury brand’s story and translating it into a physical unboxing experience – one where materials, craft, and creative direction work together to deliver a brand moment.

You will present creative rationale to clients, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with the Associate Creative Director to maintain creative standards across all work. The creative vision is set by a founder with a highly specific and refined sensibility, so expect a discerning environment where portfolio quality is taken seriously.

$90,000 – $120,000. Hybrid working in the New York or Los Angeles office. Opportunities for leadership development and career growth. Great benefits package.
