Overview

United Masters is building a marketplace that connects artists, brands and fans — empowering artists to earn and grow. We disrupt the legacy music business by letting up‑and‑coming artists distribute their music directly to fans through streaming services while maintaining ownership of their master recording rights and up to 100% of royalties. The team includes musicians, marketers, engineers, and storytellers with backgrounds from You Tube, Sound Cloud, Pandora, Facebook, Uber, Dropbox, Complex, VICE, and more.

We work with Translation (our in‑house creative advertising agency) to forge innovative partnerships.

The United Masters team is based in part on a culture of collaborating across disciplines to deliver culture-shaping work.

Role

We are looking for a Producer to join Translation’s McDonald’s team. This role is based in Brooklyn, New York with four days in‑office and one day remote.

What You'll Do

At Translation, Producers bring culture‑shaping work to life. As a Producer on the McDonald’s account, you’ll manage and execute a variety of content‑driven campaigns, serving as both a creative problem solver and a logistical expert. You will lead projects of small‑to‑moderate scale independently, while collaborating with senior production leads on more complex initiatives. You’ll support creative excellence while delivering on time and on budget—ensuring each production runs smoothly from pre‑production to final wrap.

  • Represent Translation in McDonald’s Integrated Agency Team (IAT) and collaborate with all IAT agency producers to execute Tier 2 and Tier 3 work; including unique adaptations or direct adaptations of the general market campaign.
  • Lead small‑to‑mid‑sized campaigns and independently manage all production phases with oversight as needed.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with all departments to ensure creative solutions align with production realities.
  • Build and manage detailed production calendars, track timelines, and coordinate key milestones from concept through delivery.
  • Maintain control of the production budget, with responsibility for estimates, reconciliations, and wrap documentation.
  • Support evaluation of concepts and ideas to assess feasibility and recommend production approaches.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and partners to bring strong creative teams to the table.
  • Manage productions with attention to quality, efficiency, and creative alignment.
  • Ensure projects adhere to financial policies and wrap procedures.
  • Champion inclusive production practices by proactively identifying and supporting underrepresented creators and collaborators.
  • Travel for production and attend post sessions as needed.
