Position: Content Producer, IBM Quantum
Location: New York

IBM seeks a passionate and experienced content producer to join the IBM Quantum Computing team. IBM Quantum works to bring useful quantum computing to the world, and maintains a diverse team of marketing, product, and content professionals working to introduce quantum a global audience as it begins to enter the compute ecosystem. The ideal candidate maintains the enduring core ideas and beliefs of the IBM brand and uses them to translate quantum into a powerful and differentiating force for the company through strategy, design, content, advertising, social media, events, and more.

They should be excited about quantum computing and deep tech, and will work closely across marketing & communication disciplines to oversee the articulation of IBM Quantum's story to clients. Your role and responsibilities

As a Content Producer on the quantum computing team, you will be dedicated to flawless execution while remaining creative at the core. You will be responsible for managing project executions from end-to-end including launch assets, client stories, video, events, activations, and more. You will manage briefs, build and manage the global content calendar, manage production schedules, and assist the content direction with workflow management.

You will collaborate across the quantum marketing and communications teams, aligning teams on due dates, incorporating feedback and ensuring that best practices and appropriate executive signify are incorporated.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Manage Asset Briefing Implementation:
    Oversee the implementation of asset briefings for quantum, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Review Global Content Calendar:
    Analyze the global content calendar to identify opportunities for collaboration and content reuse, optimizing content strategy and production.
  • Provide Content Guidance:
    Offer content-specific guidance on production partners to bring concepts to life, ensuring best practices are deployed for managing productions.
  • Manage Key Executions:
    Lead key executions from end-to-end, ensuring successful project delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Assist Content Direction:
    Support content direction with workflow management, ensuring efficient and effective content production processes.
Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Familiarity with managing asset briefing implementation, reviewing global content calendars, and collaborating with various disciplines to deliver high-quality content solutions.
  • Knowledge of workflow management principles to support content direction and ensure efficient content production processes.
  • Identifying and working with production partners to bring concepts to life, deploying best practices for managing productions.
  • Experience working on managing key executions from start to finish, ensuring successful project delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Familiarity with analyzing global content calendars to identify opportunities for collaboration and content reuse, optimizing content strategy and production.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and experience applying brand principles across digital, content, and experiential platforms.
  • Experience with content management systems and content platform backends, and project management tools, especially Airtable and Figma.
  • Experience briefing creative teams and production partners, and guiding execution from concept to delivery.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining production calendars, tracking progress, and ensuring resource alignment.
  • Strong collaboration skills, especially with strategy, creative direction, and communications teams.
  • Passion for emerging technologies, especially quantum computing, and a desire to help shape IBM’s leadership narrative in the space.
