The RoleWe’re looking for a Creative Strategy Lead to own the creative testing engine across a portfolio of client accounts.
This role sits at the intersection of creative, performance marketing, and data
. You will translate performance insights into structured creative concepts, testing roadmaps, and briefs that drive scalable growth.
You’ll work closely with Growth Managers, Creative producers, and Data partners to connect creative performance with business outcomes
.
This role is ideal for someone who loves breaking down ads, identifying patterns in high-performing creative, and building systems that turn creative insights into repeatable growth.
This role will play a central part in evolving Bowery Boost’s creative testing frameworks and concept development processes as we continue to scale.
Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy Leadership- Own creative testing strategy across multiple client accounts.
- Develop structured creative testing frameworks including:
- creative territories
- concept development
- hook testing
- persona testing
- messaging experimentation
- landing page alignment
- Translate business goals, audience insights, and performance data into clear creative strategies.
- Develop creative testing roadmaps and concept pipelines that support systematic experimentation.
- Generate scalable creative concepts based on performance insights and category research.
- Develop clear, strategic creative briefs including:
- Concept → Hook → Visual → Persona → CTA → Funnel Stage
- Partner with our creative team to bring concepts to life across formats including UGC, static, video, and hybrid creative.
- Ensure creative production aligns with testing hypotheses and broader growth strategies.
Analyze creative performance across accounts using tools such as Motionapp and Boostify.
Identify patterns across:
- winning hooks
- messaging frameworks
- visual formats
- persona targeting
- creative fatigue
Translate insights into actionable recommendations and the next wave of creative testing.
Category & Competitor Intelligence- Research and analyze high-performing creative across the market.
- Track creative strategies from leading brands.
- Identify messaging patterns, creative formats, and opportunities for differentiation within each client’s category.
- Work closely with Growth Managers and media teams to ensure creative and media strategies are aligned.
- Partner with designers, editors, and UGC creators to iterate and refine concepts based on performance.
- Support internal creative reviews and contribute to ongoing improvements in Bowery Boost’s creative testing processes.
- Participate in strategic client conversations to present creative insights, testing frameworks, and performance learnings.
- Help position Bowery Boost as a creative intelligence partner
, not just an ad execution agency.
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing creative strategy, paid social creative strategy, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of high-performing ad creative across Meta, Tik Tok, and other paid platforms.
- Experience analyzing creative performance and translating insights into testing frameworks and concepts.
- Ability to write strong hooks, ad concepts, and creative briefs.
- Deep interest in consumer brands, especially in beauty, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle.
- Comfortable collaborating across creative, media buying, and strategy teams.
- Highly organized and systems-oriented with the ability to build repeatable creative processes.
- Strategic and analytical, with a strong curiosity about why creative works.
- Creative-minded but grounded in data and testing.
- Organized and thoughtful in how you approach experimentation and concept development.
