In everything we do, we're committed to artistic integrity, transparency, and entrepreneurship.

Sony Music Entertainment is a member of the Sony family of global companies.

We are seeking a Creative Specialist to support global artist campaigns by creating best‑in‑class visual assets, localized content, and creative solutions that connect with fans across regions and platforms.

What you'll do:
  • Design, adapt, and localize digital, social, and D2C assets for artist campaigns, including static graphics, social content, and promotional visuals.
  • Ideate, create, and localize short‑form, UGC‑style video assets optimized for Tik Tok and Instagram Reels.
  • Build visually cohesive decks for global campaign pitches, territory presentations, and strategic updates—translating marketing narratives, insights, and performance data into polished visual storytelling.
  • Develop creative concepts and execute cohesive campaign look & feel across platforms and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with translation partners to obtain translated copy for marketing assets.
  • Maintain organized creative workflows, brand guidelines, and asset libraries.
  • Design, adapt, and localize layouts and website mocks for artist microsites and campaign landing pages.
  • Mockup, localize, and execute global fan email sends in collaboration with digital teams.
  • Support global influencer campaigns by advising on creative briefs, reviewing creator drafts, and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with U.S. label partners and Sony's international marketing teams to support global creative needs.
  • Manage a roster of creative freelancers, including briefing, timeline management, and refining deliverables through collaborative feedback, to support the team's broader creative output.
Who you are:
  • 2–5+ years of experience in graphic & motion design, digital creative, or content production, ideally within music, entertainment, or an agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, motion content, and social‑first creative work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Deeply plugged into the intersection of music and internet culture, with a strong pulse on emerging trends, narratives, and what resonates online.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines.
  • A proactive, collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
What we give you:
  • You join an inclusive, collaborative and global community where you have the opportunity to channel your passion every day.
  • A modern office environment designed to foster productivity, creativity, and teamwork empowering you to bring your best.
  • An attractive and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life & disability coverage, and 401(k) + employer matching.
  • Voluntary benefits like company‑paid identity theft protection and resources for pets, mental health and meditation resources, industry‑leading fertility coverage, fully paid leave for childbirth or bonding, fully paid leave for caregivers, programs for loved ones with developmental disabilities and neurodiversity, subsidized back‑up child and elder care, and reimbursement for adoption, surrogacy, tuition, and student loans.
  • Investment in your professional growth and development enabling you to thrive in our vibrant community.
  • The space to accelerate progress, positively disrupt, and create what happens next.
  • Time off for a winter recess.
