Location: New York

Harry’s is a men’s grooming brand that offers high‑quality shave, body, hair, and skin‑care products at an exceptional value. Launched in 2013, Harry’s redefined the shaving experience and helped pioneer the earliest era of direct‑to‑consumer distribution. Since then, the brand has become the #2 shave brand globally and expanded to offer products for every step in its customers’ routine. Harry’s is also on a mission to ensure guys have access to quality mental‑health care, having connected over 2 million men to mental‑health resources to date.

Harry’s is part of Mammoth Brands, the modern CPG company behind category‑leading brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. The company’s mission is “Create Things People Like More,” building a new model for brands, founders, and talent that solves unmet needs, improves lives, and changes the status quo. Even as we grow, we maintain a small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that serves customers, employees, and community.

Mammoth Brands is committed to positive impact and has donated over $20 million to nonprofit partners to date.

About the Team

The Harry’s Design Team elevates the physical expression of all Harry’s packaging, retail displays, and web presence while continually improving our workflow. We maintain clean, polished work to push our brand to stand out in industrial design, consumer packaging, and retail store design. The customer remains at the core of all creative objectives, working hand‑in‑hand with Retail, Brand Marketing, and DTC teams.

About

the Role

We have a great opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Photo Retouch Artist to join the Harry’s Design team. The Photo Retoucher will primarily be responsible for completing digital‑use retouching requests in a timely manner and will play a key role in ensuring that all images meet the company’s standards of quality, color consistency, and overall brand aesthetic. Key duties include processing RAW images, retouching and siloing images of all Harry’s products and packaging, color correcting and matching to approved samples, re‑coloring components, modifying type on existing product, producing composites from multiple product images, and creating mockups for products still in development.

Other responsibilities include maintaining an organized workflow and color management policies, integrating and upkeeping retouched images in our DAM system, and maintaining a library of layered files for easy access and repurposing. Additional tasks involve assisting with color management settings and policies, proofing and maintaining the proofer, assisting with in‑house photography, and improving the retouching process. The work is predominantly RGB product shots for digital use, but some experience with skin retouching is desirable for shots that include models and body parts.

CMYK experience is also a plus for photos used in printed displays and product packaging. This hands‑on position requires working independently with creatives and art directors to schedule work and deadlines, discuss needs, review images, and ingest final assets into the DAM system with appropriate tagging. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, collaborative, resourceful, able to prioritize projects, meet deadlines, troubleshoot, and problem‑solve as issues arise.
