Senior

Account Executive Account & Client Management
  • Lead the execution of daily client work across 5-7 global accounts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as a trusted resource on calls and in written communications
  • Stay deeply informed on client industries, competitors, and partners
  • Oversee account operations, track progress, and delegate tasks with clarity and confidence
  • Spot client challenges early and proactively suggest solutions
  • Report to Senior Account Director to President
  • Travel opportunities will be available, depending on the client. Estimated twice per year.
  • Actively train and coach junior team members on tools, research, media outreach, and account strategy
  • Provide thoughtful edits and feedback on written materials including media lists, pitches, and reports
  • Help shape internal deadlines and ensure the team remains organized and on-track
  • Guide team through presenting on client calls, managing follow-ups, and owning their deliverables
Media Relations & Pitching
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with key media, editors, and writers
  • Secure consistent, high-quality media placements across traditional and new media; digital and print
  • Daily media outreach efforts and cross-pitching from the agency’s client portfolio
  • Conduct regular media meetings and confidently represent client brands
  • Share relevant industry and media news with clients and internal teams
  • Secure media visits at an individual and group setting
Strategic Storytelling
  • Write compelling, strategic pitches and media materials with little to no edits
  • Consistently generate creative and trend-driven story angles
  • Know what makes a strong media story and coach the team to think the same way
  • Participate in the development of first drafts of PR plans with manager support
Events & Partnerships
  • Plan and execute client events with oversight of vendors, budget, timelines, and team responsibilities
  • Cultivate digital partnerships and influencer relationships aligned with client goals
  • Proactively suggest brand and media collaborations based on trends and client needs
Content & Social Media
  • Understand the agency and client brand voice and provide guidance on content for digital and social platforms
  • Review and approve social media copy, visuals, and ideas based on PR results
Professionalism & Communication
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Show up with a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and team-first mindset
  • Know how to tactfully handle difficult conversations and provide constructive feedback to peers
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and solution-oriented culture
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations or communications in travel and luxury hospitality
  • Proven success securing top-tier media coverage
  • Established relationships with lifestyle, travel, and design editors
  • Excellent writing, editing, and pitching skills
  • Natural team leader who inspires trust, mentors peers, and keeps projects on track
  • Deep understanding of media landscape, both traditional and digital
  • A self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
  • Passionate about client service and creative storytelling
  • Knowledge of influencer/creator partnerships and best practices
  • Interest in the intersection of PR, digital, and content strategy
