Little Barn Dance & Musical Theatre Co., a professional children’s musical theatre program based in the Hamptons, is seeking exceptional summer staff for the 2026 season.

We are currently hiring:

• Pianists (strong musical theatre background required)
• Dance Teaching Artists (must be confident in Tap; ballet and theatre jazz a plus)
• Musical Theatre Directors
• Triple-Threat Teaching Artists (dance, acting, voice)

Little Barn operates with the structure and artistic integrity of a professional summer stock company — thoughtfully adapted for young performers ages 4–12.

Our work is technique-based, musically rigorous, and grounded in ensemble collaboration. We value rehearsal rooms that are focused, joyful, and kind.

Artists who:

• Have strong technical foundations
• Believe children deserve real training
• Bring warmth, structure, and professionalism into the room
• Work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Are flexible and solution-driven

Experience teaching children is valued. Strong artistry and the ability to communicate clearly are essential.

This is a paid professional summer position. Compensation is competitive and aligned with professional performance rates.
