  • Serve as senior producer for high‑profile video productions, including executive addresses for external events, fund updates, webinars, and corporate presentations.
  • Direct productions ranging from single‑camera shoots to complex multi‑camera setups, ensuring high standards in visual presentation, sound quality, and overall production value.
  • Lead pre‑production planning, defining technical requirements, set and furniture design, scripts, and creative assets for studio display systems.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to align production requirements with timelines, resources, and overall project objectives.
  • Partner with the Technical Director to deliver broadcast‑level productions across both live and pre‑recorded formats.
  • Coach and prepare senior executives and talent for on‑camera performance, ensuring confidence and professionalism.
  • Oversee the versioning of fund update content to meet the needs of different global audiences.
  • Implement legal and compliance notes or DISCLAIMERS into presentation recordings.
Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in broadcast or live studio settings managing time‑sensitive, on‑air production demands.
  • Proven expertise directing and overseeing both single‑camera and multi‑camera productions.
  • Experience developing or launching new video formats, programs, or recurring studio content.
  • Strong executive presence and client‑facing skills to guide and educate stakeholders on studio capabilities and production best practices.
  • Experience overseeing post‑production workflows, including editing, color grading, and compliance integration.
  • Deep proficiency in professional video equipment, studio lighting design, audio systems, and control‑room workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple high‑profile projects under tight deadlines.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
