Freelance Photographer

Overview

Maison Model X is seeking a detail-oriented freelance photographer to capture high-quality images of clothing and fabric products for use in AI-generated fashion photography. This role is ideal for photographers with a passion for textiles and a strong technical understanding of color accuracy. You will play a key part in ensuring that fabric textures, weaves, prints, embroidery, and subtle color variations are represented authentically in every shot.

Your work will directly support the creation of hyper-realistic model images for brands and e-commerce stores, providing essential references for AI models and client validation.

• Capture high-resolution, true-to-color photographs of clothing and fabric items, focusing on close-up shots that highlight weave, print, embroidery, and color variations.
• Deliver a set of color-accurate images suitable for use as reference material in AI model training and client approval processes.
• Ensure all images are well-lit, sharp, and showcase fabric details clearly.
• Provide files in required formats and resolutions, adhering to project specifications and deadlines.

• Demonstrated experience in fashion, product, or e-commerce photography, with a portfolio showcasing fabric and garment work.
• Advanced knowledge of lighting, white balance, and color calibration techniques to ensure accurate color reproduction.
• Proficiency with professional camera and lighting equipment; preference for full-frame mirrorless or DSLR cameras known for color accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and deliver projects on schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing visually compelling, true-to-life images.
• Access to a color-accurate workflow, including calibrated monitors and color reference tools.
• Availability for part-time, contract-based assignments.
