SUPER is a boutique events and entertainment management firm fueled by the desire to innovate within the VIP event space and elevate the fan experience. We specialize in crafting one-of-a-kind experiences and believe that each of our VIP programs should highlight our clients  style.

We operate globally across every major timezone. Some of our past and current clients include Metallica, President Barack Obama, Boston Calling Music Festival, Bon Jovi, Bruno Mars, The Kid LAROI, Queen & Adam Lambert, WWE, Genesis, The Rolling Stones, Isle of Wight Music Festival, Cat Stevens, Prince, Oprah, Britney Spears, and Katy Perry.

ESTIMATED WORKLOAD - 300 HOURS / 10 WEEKS

Contract Start: March 16th 2026

Contract End: May 22nd 2026

• All deadlines will be communicated during the interview process and at the time of onboarding

Expected Communications:

• Join 1 check-in call per week (Wednesdays)
• Send progress updates minimum 3x per week:
  Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

• All designs will be primarily utilizing the existing project logos, assets, fonts, and colors, respectively re-interpreted to fit within the specs of the individual items we’re designing
• Designers are not encouraged to improvise additional assets/illustrations unless they’re very immediately aligned with the artwork and aesthetic that we have been provided by the artist/client

Design Deliverables:Note:
All line items listed below, except for Digital Assets, include client-facing mockups (mostly using existing templates) and vendor/print-ready files (using existing templates). Number of final assets are listed below, are approximate only and are subject to change.

• 5-6 assets

• 12-14 assets (including wristbands, laminates and lanyards)

• 20-25 large & small format print branding assets

Digital Assets

• 30-40 digital assets using pre-existing templates (document headers, etc)
