3D Motion Designer​/Multimedia Artist

Pay Rate

$40 -$44/hr (W2 and benefit options)

Ongoing contract

• Support the Multimedia department in creating high‑end 3D/2D animation and motion graphics from ideation to distribution.
• Create or refine video/audio, graphic, infographics, and animation elements using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Act as videographer and photographer for shoots, including sound monitoring, lighting, and retouching.
• Prepare and operate studio equipment (cameras, audio mixers, video switchers, and set design).
• Produce and direct audio projects such as podcasts and voice‑overs.
• Manage and organize media assets and facilitate project briefs to ensure deadlines are met.

• 1+ years of proven experience in professional multimedia production.
• Expertise in 3D:
  High proficiency in Maxon:
  Cinema 4D and associated plugins (X‑Particles, Greyscalegorilla, INSYDIUM, Forester).
• Software Mastery:
  Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and tracking software (Mocha Pro, PFTrack).
• Visual Storytelling:
  Ability to bring a script to life via storyboarding and 3D pre‑visualization.
• Adaptability:
  Must excel in a high‑pressure, deadline‑driven environment while maintaining a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Education:
  
  Degree in Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
