Technical Designer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Technical Design Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will be responsible for translating design concepts into technical specifications, ensuring that all designs are feasible for production while maintaining aesthetic integrity.

• Partner closely with the Design team during fit sessions to ensure fit consistency across all categories, using established blocks and slopers.
• Lead weekly live model fit sessions with Design; provide clear, actionable fit feedback and corrections to internal teams and external vendors.
• Collaborate with the Production team to ensure all delivery timelines and cost targets are met.
• Update and maintain spec sheets and garment construction details to ensure proper fit and balanced proportions in accordance with company standards.
• Communicate daily with cross-functional teams via email to address fit, construction, and production-related issues.
• Track weekly incoming sample packages and ensure fit sessions are scheduled and executed on time.

• 3–5 years of experience in Technical Design.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
