Graphic Designer

You’ll be hands-on, conceptualizing, designing, and producing everything from product packaging to promotional materials. Your keen eye for design and understanding of the 2D and 3D process will be essential in translating marketing objectives into captivating visuals that resonate with target audiences.

This role offers the chance to collaborate with a talented creative team while also showcasing your ability to work independently and own projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including product packaging, website graphics, and promotional items.
• Manage projects from concept to final production, working independently and collaboratively with the creative team.
• Develop compelling visuals that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
• Write engaging copy for advertising and promotional programs, including taglines and product names.
• Ensure seamless execution of 2D and 3D design processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic and package design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Premiere Pro.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
• Experience in beauty, fashion, or retail is highly desirable.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $72 to $80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
