About Happy Camp3r
Happy Camp3r is a fast-growing lifestyle apparel brand built on comfort, optimism, and mental health awareness. We create feel-good products and meaningful moments through storytelling, community, and thoughtful design. We’re looking for a creator-first Social Content Lead to own our short-form content and help scale our social presence across Tik Tok and Instagram. This role is hands-on and execution-driven. You will be creating content yourself while owning growth and performance.
Responsibilities- End-to-end creation of short-form video content for Tik Tok & Instagram Reels
- Filming, editing, and posting content consistently (iPhone-first, fast, real)
- Day-to-day growth of our social channels through testing and iteration
- Founder-led content: prompting, filming, editing, and posting in a natural way
- Turning behind-the-scenes moments (warehouse, product, launches, community) into content
- Replying to comments with video responses and community-driven content
- Identifying trends, hooks, and formats that fit the brand (not chasing everything)
- Reviewing performance weekly and adjusting content strategy accordingly
- Working closely with our Marketing & Content Manager to execute content aligned with overall strategy, campaigns, and launches
- Proven experience creating short-form video content for Tik Tok and/or Instagram Reels
- Hands-on experience filming and editing content (iPhone-first, fast-turn, minimal production)
- Demonstrated understanding of short-form storytelling, hooks, pacing, and audience retention
- Experience growing a social account (personal or brand) through organic content
- Comfort being on camera and directing/filming others on camera
- Experience working with or creating content for consumer brands (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
- Strong ability to analyze performance and adjust content based on what’s working
- High-impact ownership at a rapidly growing brand
- Direct collaboration with the founder and Marketing & Content Manager
