Position: Social Media Marketing Specialist (Asset Management)
Location: New York

Overview

Top Tier Asset Manager is looking to add a Social Media Manager to their growing New York City team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Brand folder: maintain an organized, up-to-date library of assets; apply naming and versioning standards; verify rights and credits; publish approved brand guidelines and templates; and ensure proper usage across teams.
  • Partner with marketing, creative, and internal stakeholders to design and produce on-brand materials, including ads, brochures, social posts, newsletters, presentations, and thought-leadership content.
  • Lead creative strategy and execution for major events and campaigns, ensuring cohesive branding across all materials and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the Event Manager and external vendors to manage priorities, provide creative direction, and ensure timely, on-brand delivery of assets.
  • Guide content development and visual storytelling, translating complex ideas into clear, visually engaging communications.
  • Partner with the digital team to maintain brand consistency across web, email, and social media platforms.
  • Create and manage platform-ready social media templates and posts that align with brand standards and optimize audience engagement.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in social media, brand management, or marketing communications.
  • Strong design sensibility and experience with brand management or creative tools (e.g., Brandfolder, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • Proven ability to execute campaigns across multiple channels and manage creative projects from concept to delivery.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Experience collaborating across departments and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
