What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creative teams and clients, providing status updates, resolving service delivery issues, conducting debrief sessions, and keeping management informed.
  • Maintain an organized digital environment by deleting outdated print and finishing files from the centralized system.
  • Manage all phases of print projects, including providing cost estimates, ensuring exceptional customer service, meticulous documentation within the workflow management system, and effective communication throughout.
