Print Designer

Our client, a leading company in the printed textile and women’s fashion industry
, is looking for a Print Designer to join their growing design team. This role will partner closely with the Design Director and Sales team to develop trend‑right, customer‑focused prints and color palettes for seasonal collections and custom programs.

The ideal candidate brings strong creative vision, technical CAD expertise, and a deep understanding of print development from concept through production.

• Create original prints, recolor existing patterns, develop repeats, and build multiple colorways
• Develop technical breakdowns of print and pattern layout specifications for external partners
• Deliver production‑ready artwork in both digital and print formats for internal and external use
• Collaborate with the design team to visualize, present, and communicate print concepts through CAD artwork
• Support the sales team by expediting custom print requests and recolorations as needed

• 5+ years of experience in the textile or women’s fashion industry
• Degree in Textile Design or a related design field
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Ned Graphics
• Strong understanding of print repeats and layout construction
• Excellent color sense and attention to detail
• Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and motivation in a fast‑paced environment
