(Creator‑Focused, On‑Camera Production) Marquee Brands is seeking a Social Media Producer & Community Manager to manage the end‑to‑end creation and execution of social content for a high‑profile public figure. This role blends content production, editing, and publishing with community engagement and brand partnership support.
You will be responsible for capturing high‑quality content in real‑world settings, turning it into platform‑native social assets, managing audience interaction, and ensuring all sponsored and organic deliverables are executed on time and to spec.
This is an in‑person, execution‑heavy role requiring availability in Westchester County and New York City.

ContentProduction & Capture
- Film short‑form and long‑form social content using professional or mobile equipment
- Handle lighting, audio (lav mic / handheld), and framing for shoot environments ranging from studios to real‑world locations
- Capture behind‑the‑scenes, lifestyle, and brand‑partner content discreetly and efficiently
- Anticipate moments worth capturing and act quickly without disrupting flow
- Edit content for Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, and other emerging platforms
- Apply platform‑native pacing, captions, graphics, and sound trends
- Color correct, clean audio, and deliver polished final assets
- Adapt long‑form content into multiple short‑form outputs
- Mine the existing content library and identify opportunities to create new edits into fresh, platform‑ready content
- Own posting cadence and scheduling across platforms
- Optimize captions, hashtags, hooks, and posting times
- Ensure all brand partnership deliverables meet contractual requirements and deadlines
- Maintain a content calendar and deliverable checklist
- Execute sponsored content in alignment with brand guidelines
- Coordinate deliverables with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Track deadlines, revisions, and approvals
- Ensure disclosures and platform compliance
- Monitor comments, DMs, and audience sentiment
- Engage authentically with fans and followers
- Flag important conversations, opportunities, or risks
- Maintain brand voice while protecting reputation
- Be available for timely shoots tied to events, appearances, or breaking moments
- Travel locally within Westchester and NYC as required
- Flexibility around schedule when content moments matter
- 3+ years of experience in social media content production, preferably for a public figure, creator, or brand
- Strong shooting and editing skills (mobile and/or mirrorless)
- Proficiency in tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / Cap Cut
- Native platform editing tools
- Dash Social / Meta Business Manager / Tik Tok for Business
- Experience managing social communities at scale
- Proven ability to meet deadlines without supervision
- Understanding of FTC disclosure rules and brand partnership norms
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, real‑world environments
- Must be available to work on‑site in Westchester County and New York City
- Flexible availability for shoots tied to appearances or campaigns
- Reliable transportation preferred

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000
