About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Creative Director to lead the creative vision, execution, and evolution of our digital presence across all customer touchpoints. This role is ideal for a strategic and highly creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment and understands how to translate brand identity into compelling digital storytelling that drives engagement and conversion.

The Digital Creative Director will oversee the development of creative assets for e-commerce, social, email, paid media, and brand campaigns, ensuring consistency, elevated design standards, and alignment with business objectives. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, and leadership to ensure creative work supports both brand growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Brand Leadership
  • Own and evolve the digital creative vision across all platforms, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand experience.
  • Develop and maintain creative guidelines, brand standards, and visual storytelling across e-commerce and marketing channels.
  • Lead conceptual development for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key initiatives that reflect brand identity and customer insights.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure creative direction aligns with brand strategy, business goals, and growth priorities.
Digital Content & Campaign Development
  • Oversee creative execution across e-commerce, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, site content, and brand storytelling.
  • Direct the creative development of digital assets, including homepage design, landing pages, banners, product storytelling, lookbooks, and campaign toolkits.
  • Lead creative direction for photoshoots and content production, including mood boards, shot lists, styling direction, on-set art direction, and post-production.
  • Ensure content is trend-forward, high-quality, and aligned with customer expectations.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and manage internal creative team members and external partners (designers, freelancers, photographers, videographers, editors).
  • Partner closely with marketing, e-commerce, and brand teams to align creative needs with campaign calendars and product stories.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to develop creative that supports testing, optimization, and growth goals.
  • Provide clear creative feedback, ensuring strong communication and consistent execution across teams.
Performance-Driven Creative
  • Ensure creative is not only visually compelling but also optimized for performance across platforms (CTR, CVR, engagement, ROAS).
  • Use insights from analytics and customer behavior to inform creative direction and improve digital storytelling.
  • Manage creative workflows and production timelines to support speed-to-market and business priorities.
  • Maintain an agile approach to creative iteration, content refreshes, and rapid-turn deliverables.
Qualifications Required
  • 7+ years of creative leadership experience, with a strong focus on digital, e-commerce, and fashion/lifestyle brands.
  • Proven ability to lead creative strategy and execution across digital platforms, including website, social, email, and paid media.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated design sensibility, digital storytelling, and campaign direction.
  • Experience directing photoshoots and content production, including styling/visual storytelling guidance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web/digital design tools (Figma preferred).
Preferred
  • Experience working with fashion brands in a high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, UX principles, and conversion-driven creative strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with performance marketing teams to build high-performing creative.
  • Understanding of omnichannel retail strategy and consumer engagement across platforms.
