RTW Designer; Soft Wovens

Seeking a Designer to contribute to the design and development of the Soft Wovens category, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. The role involves interpreting market trends and contributing to product innovation that aligns with business goals.

• Collaborate with leadership to understand design direction and seasonal themes.
• Research trends and assist in developing product concepts from idea to production.
• Support the design and introduction of new product lines.
• Prepare design presentations and communicate ideas effectively.
• Create sketches and work with production teams to ensure quality.
• Participate in product review sessions and contribute to continuous improvements.
• Engage with external vendors and stay informed on relevant industry trends.

• Experience in apparel design preferred, ideally within women’s fashion.
• Understanding of garment construction and design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools and software.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
