We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to plan, organize, and execute corporate events, meetings, and conferences. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end event delivery, coordinating logistics, overseeing vendors, and ensuring high-quality experiences that align with company objectives.
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, meetings, and conferences
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, transportation, and accommodation
- Develop event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Prepare event timelines, agendas, and communication materials
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during events
- Handle on-site event management and troubleshoot issues promptly
- Collect feedback post-event and prepare reports for continuous improvement
- Maintain event calendars and assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination (3–5 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Salary Range: $80K-$100K Gross (includes base+bonuses) + standard Nagarro benefits
