Newform is a performance marketing agency that oversees ~100m/yr in spend for tech and mobile brands. We help category disruptors (Betr, Eleven Labs, Binance etc) scale paid social with our short-form content-led approach. We have an in-house content team that creates thousands of human ads a month with the goal of driving efficient growth for our clients. Our ads are seen by hundreds of millions of people.
One in ten people with a phone has seen a newform ad.
As an in-house content creator, you will be responsible for executing the vision set by creative strategists. You will perform both direct scripts and improvise concepts sent to you by the creative strategy team. This role is ideal for someone who can be both talent (on-camera) and producer
, creating content that feels native, converts, and can be produced at scale.
- Create dozens of short-form video ads a day
- Be able to learn the ins and outs of repeatable creative formats (e.g., fake podcast, different types of skits, street interviews, etc)
- Collaborate with the creative strategy team to interpret results and ship iterations (new hooks, angles, openings, pacing, CTAs, thumbnails).
- Maintain a content pipeline: content calendar, shot lists, asset management, and versioning.
- Stay current on platform trends, creator formats, audio, editing styles, and best practices—then translate them into winning assets.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, product claims, and compliance guidelines.
- MUST have hands-on experience with being on camera (ideally ads made for paid social)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A sharp eye for what makes a winning paid ad creative
- Ability to manage creative production workflows
- This is a part-time in-office position (NYC). Employees are expected to be in office 1-3 days/week.
