Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $85000 - $115000 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview
This role will provide necessary support to Art Acquisitions Department in handling projects outlined below:
- Assist with developing & producing artwork programs for various projects, primarily retail, and working with NYC senior management & local RL teams to achieve high-quality results across multiple regions
- Prepare, organize & maintain to-scale visual presentations of project elevations & references in digital formats, and hard copy (presentation boards, binders) as needed, maintaining a high level of accuracy & effectiveness, and keeping up with the latest design direction
- Maintain shared visual resources (folders, databases, project PDFs, etc) and ensure they are up to date and available for access by multiple RL teams as needed
- Facilitate artwork acquisition & production for various projects, working with printers, framers, artists, galleries, etc., managing all organizational & logistical aspects
- Maintain dept financial accountability for various projects: continuously update & manage budget trackers, process vendor payments & follow up as needed, assist with developing proposed budgets
- Work with RL logistics team to organize transport of artwork to various regions, coordinating with all parties (internal & external), and creating necessary paperwork and meeting deadlines
- Provide research following specific direction using both RL internal digital archives and external image archive sources; consolidate research in an effective & accurate manner
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Past experience in a visually-oriented work environment (art, interior design, etc)
- High level of organization & attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Delivers high-quality results against challenging deadlines
- Collaborative outlook to work with cross-functional partners and multiple teams, to get information needed to move projects forward
- Flexible & resourceful attitude towards shifting project direction and timelines
- Artwork & image research skills a plus (photography especially)
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
InDesign a Plus - Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop especially) to scale artwork into elevations and if needed, manipulate imagery based on design direction
- Ability to understand architectural drawings and plan projects accurately based on careful review of dimensions, spatial relationships, fixtures, etc. – understanding exact measurements, spaces, etc.
- Visually intuitive and adept at problem solving in an artwork/visual realm
- Art hanging, art handling and framing skills a plus
