Vita Coco is looking for a Creative Producer to help bring our brand to life across campaigns, content, and experimental work. This role sits at the intersection of creative production and project management, partnering closely with our in-house creative team, brand and marketing partners, and a network of external agencies and freelancers.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll play a key role in transforming ideas into compelling, on‑brand executions‑ keeping projects moving efficiently while maintaining a high creative standard.

This role is based out of our NYC headquarters in a hybrid working environment (3‑day in‑office requirement).

What You’ll Do
  • Manage creative projects from concept through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
  • Own the creative brief process, aligning stakeholders on objectives, messaging, and deliverables.
  • Drive day‑to‑day collaboration between creative, brand, marketing, social, and external partners.
  • Build and manage production schedules, balancing priorities across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and streamline creative operations.
  • Lead the planning and execution of experiential activations, including vendor coordination, logistics, run‑of‑show planning, and on‑site management.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end production for photo, video, and social content shoots—from pre‑production through post‑production delivery.
  • Support talent casting, location scouting, and production logistics to ensure accurate and impactful execution.
What You Bring
  • 8-10 years of experience in creative production, project management, or a related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; and/or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of print, digital, photo, and video production processes.
  • Understanding of creative workflows, file formats, and production terminology.
  • Experience managing multiple productions with complex timelines and dependencies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (we use Notion and Click Up).
You Are
  • A proactive problem‑solver who anticipates challenges and brings solutions.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • A clear and collaborative communicator across creative and cross‑functional teams.
  • Passionate about consumer brands, storytelling, and culturally relevant work.
  • A self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
