We are looking for a creative and talented Designer to join our team. The Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs that meet client specifications and project requirements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong portfolio showcasing their work, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate creative concepts and ideas for various design projects based on client briefs and requirements.
  • Create visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media, including brochures, advertisements, social media content, and website assets.
  • Develop and maintain brand identities for clients, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design elements.
  • Work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand project goals, provide design recommendations, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of design deliverables by conducting thorough reviews and adhering to project timelines and specifications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience within Footwear Design
  • Proven experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and styles.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and others.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on quality and accuracy in design execution.
