Video Production Specialist

As a Video Production Specialist in Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications, you will play a key role in developing creative storytelling approaches and managing a variety of platforms and programs, including digital signage, broadcast news, informational video, and event activations. You will help shape how we inform and inspire our employees, working in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

• Lead and serve as the primary resource for all video, photography, and editing needs for internal communications
• Shoot and edit high‑quality video content for firmwide initiatives and campaigns
• Oversee the production process from pre‑production planning through to final delivery
• Manage camera operations, lighting setups, and sound recording for diverse projects
• Support technical aspects of video production across multiple platforms
• Lead multimedia projects from concept to completion
• Stay current with trends in video production and editing

• Strong videography and photography skills
• Experience operating DSLR and video cameras
• Advanced video editing proficiency
• Experience with professional lighting techniques and equipment
• Knowledge of sound recording, editing, and audio post‑production
• Understanding of various video formats, codecs, and delivery platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Media Encoder; After Effects) or similar tools

• Experience with podcast production
• Basic graphic design knowledge
• Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
