The Photo & Video Producer is responsible for planning, producing, and delivering all photo and video content for the Harry Winston brand while maintaining the highest standards of quality across all assets. This role requires a strong combination of creative vision, technical expertise, and project management skills. The Photo & Video Producer collaborates closely with Creative, Marketing, Digital Marketing, and PR teams, and manages relationships with external vendors and partners.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at maintaining and continuously improving production workflows. The Photo & Video Producer reports to and works closely with the Content Manager, Creative Services.

Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities Photo & Video Production
  • Plan and produce all internal and external photo and video shoots, overseeing on-set production.
  • Define and manage shoot budgets in partnership with the Content Manager and present them to the Director of Creative Services.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager and Senior Print Production Manager to establish production timelines.
  • Source and scout talent and locations, providing multiple vetted options.
  • Request portfolios and organize model go-sees on a bi‑monthly basis or as needed.
  • Negotiate rates with agencies, vendors, and talent while staying within budget.
  • Book and confirm photographers, models, stylists, groomers, prop stylists, and other production partners.
  • Secure studios, lighting, and equipment for internal and external shoots.
  • Set internal milestone reviews for shot lists, talent selection, and overall pre‑production.
  • Organize and lead photographer and talent briefings.
  • Ensure the timely production and delivery of all imagery.
  • Collect and distribute all files from photographers and/or DP to the creative team at the conclusion of each shoot.
  • Reconcile invoices and submit them for payment at the end of each project.
Image Asset Management
  • Develop and maintain photographic archive/server.
  • Oversee the Production Associate for Content Platform management ensuring all photo and video assets are uploaded to the server in a timely manner.
Contracts & Image Rights
  • Partner with the Senior Project Manager on all image usage rights and clearance requests.
  • Oversee contract negotiations related to external photo shoots and talent.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-7+ years of experience producing photography and video for high‑end advertising or luxury brands
  • 5-7+ years in‑house creative or agency experience
  • Industry relationships a MUST (model agencies, photographers, hair and makeup artists)
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage high‑pressure situations
  • Strong project management experience, including timeline development and budget oversight
  • Strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of photography, video production, lighting, and image formats
  • Strong artistic sensibility and understanding of the brand and competitive landscape
  • Proactive in identifying challenges and recommending solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple overlapping photo and video shoots simultaneously
  • Proven ability to balance competing priorities and meticulously track resources
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, and other industry‑standard tools
