We are seeking a talented Creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist to create captivating video content that inspires and connects with audiences. This role is key to shaping how our brands communicate across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. WhatYou'll Do
- Video Production & Editing:
Manage all stages of video post-production — editing, color correction, sound design, and mixing — for projects including social media campaigns (Tik Tok, Instagram Reels), product launches, influencer collaborations, e-commerce, and internal communications. - Motion Graphics Creation:
Design and animate motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and visual effects that enhance storytelling and brand messaging. - Storytelling:
Convert creative briefs and footage into cohesive, impactful visual narratives aligned with brand goals. - Creative
Collaboration:
Participate in brainstorming and conceptual phases, offering ideas to enhance pacing, sound, and visual impact. - Global Impact:
Develop content that resonates with diverse audiences globally, supporting a strong brand presence. - Brand Consistency:
Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and high-quality visual identity. - Cross-team
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, content creators, designers, and brand managers to deliver high-quality videos on schedule and within budget. - Stay Current:
Keep up-to-date with video trends, editing techniques, motion graphics best practices, and new technologies in the beauty and digital content landscape. - Asset Management:
Organize and manage video assets for efficient workflows and maintain a searchable footage library. - Technical Optimization:
Prepare and export final videos optimized for different platforms ensuring quality and performance.
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, or related field, with 3–5 years of professional experience ideally in beauty, fashion, luxury goods, or fast-paced agency environments.
- Passion for Beauty:
Genuine enthusiasm for the beauty industry and its trends, understanding the power of aspirational storytelling. - Technical Proficiency:
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with Adobe Audition, DaVinci Resolve, or 3D software is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools, generative video platforms, or interactive video production is a plus.
- Strong understanding of video codecs, file formats, and best practices for digital delivery.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Asana, Trello, Frame.io.
- Creative Vision: A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse video projects, visual aesthetics, pacing, and sound design skills.
- Strategic Thinking:
Ability to translate marketing objectives into innovative video solutions. - Agility:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with quick iteration. - Proactivity:
