We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join a growing, creative team at an on‑site Brooklyn-based company. This role is ideal for a seasoned designer with strong visual instincts, leadership‑level execution, and the ability to translate brand vision into compelling creative across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in shaping and elevating the brand’s visual identity while collaborating closely with internal teams.

• Lead design execution across digital, print, and branding initiatives
• Own creative concepts from initial idea through final delivery
• Collaborate closely with marketing, leadership, and external partners
• Ensure brand consistency while continuously elevating visual standards
• Mentor and guide junior designers as needed
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a comparable role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, and visual storytelling
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and deadline‑driven
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Comfortable working on‑site in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting
