Ideal candidates should possess a strong interest in fashion PR, branding and social media and have a proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires great attention-to-detail and confidence in phone and e‑mail communication.
iConcept Media Group is a full‑service lifestyle and fashion marketing, communications and a multimedia publishing company, looking for an Entry/Fashion Editorial Assistant coordinator. The Editorial Coordinator is required to work with several editors in different subject areas. The position combines the responsibilities typical of an assistant position, you are responsible for assisting in the development and execution of a clearly defined Web content marketing plan for the Association’s digital properties, including website and blog.
The position is responsible for implementing the plan, evaluating and contributing to Web content in an effort to achieve the association’s marketing, branding and messaging objectives.
- Must excel at online research, possess excellent writing skills and have the ability to create editorial content on a moment’s notice.
- Must excel at writing on a variety of topics and specifically for a Web audience (writing samples will be requested).
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Very strong organizational, issue‑resolution, and decision‑making skills.
- Sound judgment and discretion (need to handle confidential material).
- Impeccable speaking ability and strong writing skills.

Responsibilities/Tasks- Write and produce content daily.
- Review and top‑edit content.
- Handle features, dedicated e‑mails, social media, and co‑branded collateral.
- Ensure copy is well‑written, on‑brand, grammatically correct, and logically structured.
- Fact‑check all content.
- Help evolve and uphold best practices and standards for branded content across fashion, beauty, wellness, living, and entertainment.
