Odd Lots is looking for a New York‑based editorial producer who will work closely with the hosts to identify guests, topics, and the themes that the podcast should be covering. You will be responsible for selecting guests, generating topics and titles for episodes, as well as contributing to the Odd Lots newsletter and some social‑media engagement. The successful candidate will have experience working across media platforms and a passion for business, finance and economics and how this intersects with current events.

• Identify the perfect guests for a wide variety of topics.
• Contribute to and edit the Odd Lots newsletter.
• Generate ideas for content across the Odd Lots universe.

• Fine attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm and knowledge of subject matter.
• A talent for looking beyond the obvious story.
• An ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
• A willingness to experiment and a desire to always learn more.
• Some cross‑platform experience including print, audio and video.

Salary Range: $115,000 – $150,000 USD annually + Benefits + Bonus. The referenced salary range is based on the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.

The Company does not provide benefits directly to contingent workers/contractors and interns.
