What

You’ll Do
  • Lead the day‑to‑day production, supporting all aspects of content development, editing, publishing, promotion, and monetization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and talent to develop and execute long‑term creative and content strategies, ensuring each episode aligns with our North Star.
  • Create and manage a content roadmap that aligns with overall show strategy and audience‑growth tactics.
  • Manage all aspects of pre‑production, including show concepts, rundowns, sales deliverables, guest booking, and talent scheduling.
  • Lead a team of show editors, associate producers, and social coordinators, fostering an efficient and collaborative environment.
  • Manage production teams on in‑person shoots, including talent, crew, and studio management.
  • Drive an efficient post‑production process, ensuring alignment on assets, deliverables, and timelines for all content across channels.
  • Ensure all sponsorship requirements are completed and QC’d, including host‑read ads, sponsored segments, and video/social integrations.
  • Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams, ensuring information is delivered to the proper parties (sales, marketing, PR).
  • Educate, provide feedback, and elevate talent and staff, coaching them on best practices to maximize skillsets.
  • Track show analytics and audience trends, using creative judgement to shape future editorial decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute an effective promotional strategy across a variety of mediums.
  • Stay current on news and trends to develop programming that resonates with audiences.
  • Liaise with senior leadership to provide show updates, feedback, and growth plans.
  • Conceptualize new show launches from scratch, collaborating with talent and senior leadership on content, formatting, production, and distribution strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
  • 4+ years of producing compelling long‑form talk content, ideally in a digital space (podcasts, You Tube, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of engaging content across digital channels, particularly in the sports and entertainment space.
  • Proficient in audience‑growth strategies and best practices across You Tube, podcasts, and social media platforms.
  • Extremely proactive, well‑organized, and able to manage projects at various stages simultaneously.
  • Experience with creatively executing sales deliverables, including show integrations and custom branded content.
  • Collaborative leader capable of giving and receiving direction on various projects.
  • Creative outside‑the‑box thinker who ideates new ways to engage audiences across You Tube and social‑first platforms.
  • Someone who wants to win and consistently pushes themselves and others to be better.
  • Ability to work efficiently against a deadline, ensuring projects move on time without sacrificing quality.
  • Skilled in all aspects of on‑location shoots, production workflows, and software, and asset delivery.
  • Comfortable working directly with high‑profile talent, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, nights, and/or weekends as projects require.
