Sr. Graphic Designer – Men's Team Sports Apparel (Temp to Perm)

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to work within the brand's Men's team and implement the category leader's direction in all aspects of the design process, from initial concept stage to presentation, to development and execution of the final product. This position is temp to perm in the New York office.

• Design main body graphics for all products including graphic tees, fleece, and accessories.
• Create brand graphics that remain true to heritage.
• Deliver newness and innovation, elevating the brand aesthetic with on-trend fashion graphics.
• Organize and own seasonal assortment of graphics for chain, web, and international needs.
• Collaborate with Production team on graphic scale, placement and print quality.
• Work with Design/Concept teams to establish direction and interpret into artwork appropriate for brand.
• Provide production-ready artwork in both print and electronic formats for internal and external partners.
• Work with junior team members to maintain graphics library.
• Research and create new trends in graphic design and production techniques.
• Create graphic design concepts and board presentation for each season.
• Collaborate on seasonal rig and provide graphic direction.
• Draw and illustrate main body graphics for all products.
• Manage and provide art direction for direct reports on graphic scale, concept, and placement.
• Organize all graphics by season and concept.
• Develop linesheet and color scheme for each season's table and wall graphic tee program.
• Perform other duties as required.
• In‑person / in‑office collaboration is required; frequency dictated by business needs (e.g., product development, milestone meetings, fittings, approvals).

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion or Art (or equivalent experience and education).
• Experience working in apparel.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Keen eye for color, trend, and detail.
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize based on business objectives.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Ability to translate trends into brand's handwriting through a customer lens.
• Ability to act as liaison between many departments; excellent communication and analytic skills.
• Detail‑oriented, computer literate, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
