Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess excellent design skills, expert command of Figma, innovative prototyping abilities, user-centered, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of UX
Proven UI/Visual Design experience with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or other visual design and prototyping tools
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-centered interaction
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders
Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback
Help establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
