Location: Town of Florida

Senior Video Editor supports the I Am Athlete Platform and reports to the Director of Production. Your primary responsibility is to deliver final episodes on schedule while managing the post‑production process. You should be self‑motivated, exceptional at working independently, and proficient with Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, After Effects, and Photoshop. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in this fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

You Will Make an Impact
  • Manage all aspects of content post‑production, including project management and coordinating additional editors, colorists, and audio engineers.
  • Deliver final episodes on schedule.
  • Sync footage and create multi‑cam projects/sequences.
  • Manage project timelines from inception to delivery.
  • Apply graphic elements, color‑correction, and audio mix to videos.
  • Maintain a consistent workflow to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate execution of teasers and promotional clips.
  • Assist the production team in creative and/or project‑management tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience editing documentaries or video podcasts.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Media Encoder, and After Effects.
  • Ability to navigate projects efficiently and round‑trip assets across multiple applications.
  • In‑depth understanding of video and graphic production workflows, asset management, storage, and archiving.
  • Strong color‑correction and grading skills.
  • Knowledge of third‑party plugins.
  • Expertise in the latest technology trends, techniques, and tools.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to handle stress, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for health and fitness.
  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
