Lead High-End Remodels in Occupied NYC Homes

Dancoby Construction is seeking a Residential Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on high-end residential remodeling projects. This role requires hands‑on residential experience. If your background is primarily commercial construction, this is not the right fit.

• Manage subcontractors and daily jobsite operations
• Maintain project schedule and sequencing
• Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance
• Monitor quality standards at every stage

• Serve as an on-site representative with homeowners
• Maintain dust containment and finish protection
• Communicate daily progress and next steps

• Document daily progress in Job Tread
• Track trade hours and scope changes
• Identify risks early and escalate appropriately

• 2-3+ years residential remodeling experience
• Experience managing trades in occupied homes
• Strong understanding of sequencing (kitchens/baths/additions preferred)
• Finish carpentry or multi-trade knowledge valued
• OSHA 10 required
• Valid driver's license

• $35 to $45 hourly
• W-2 full-time employment
• Company vehicle use (role-dependent)
• Advancement toward Project Manager track
