A leading New York construction firm specializing in exterior restoration, façade, roofing, waterproofing, and Local Law 11 compliance is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee projects across Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with a strong background in exterior restoration and roofing who thrives in fast‑paced environments.
Responsibilities:- Supervise day‑to‑day on‑site operations for exterior restoration projects
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries to ensure project flow.
- Enforce site safety standards and compliance with DOB, OSHA, and Local Law 11 regulations.
- Work closely with Project Managers to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality control.
- Conduct daily site meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in façade restoration, roofing, or exterior construction.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, Local Law 11 requirements, and exterior construction practices.
- Proven ability to lead field crews and manage subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- OSHA 30 and scaffold certifications strongly preferred.
