Construction Site Superintendent – Interior Build-Outs; NYC

Imperium Construction Services is a New York–based general contracting firm specializing in high-end interior build-outs across commercial, retail, and fitness sectors. We are seeking a Site Superintendent to join our growing team; an individual with strong field experience, attention to detail, and the discipline to see complex interior projects through from start to finish.

• Oversee daily on-site activities and coordinate subcontractors to maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards
• Enforce site safety compliance and documentation
• Manage project logistics, deliveries, inspections, and punch lists
• Maintain organized site documentation and daily logs using Procore
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve field issues and maintain effective communication across trades and stakeholders
• Support closeout efforts to ensure a seamless project turnover

• 2–5 years of experience in interior or commercial construction
• OSHA 62-hour site safety training certification required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with high standards of workmanship
