Senior Estimator

I’m partnering with an employee-owned leading national construction management firm to hire a Senior Estimator for their Manhattan office. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected organization known for delivering complex, high‑profile projects across commercial, corporate interiors, life sciences, hospitality, and cultural sectors.

As a Senior Estimator, you’ll play a key role in preconstruction efforts—driving accurate cost modeling, leading bid strategies, and collaborating closely with project teams, trade partners, and clients. You’ll be involved in some of the most exciting and architecturally ambitious work happening in New York.

• Lead detailed quantity take‑offs, cost estimates, and value‑engineering exercises
• Develop and manage budgets from conceptual through GMP
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and maintain competitive pricing
• Partner with project executives and preconstruction leadership on bid strategy
• Present estimates and cost options to internal teams and clients
• Mentor junior estimators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• 7+ years of estimating experience within Commercial or Multifamily construction
• Strong background in interiors, ground‑up, or specialty market sectors
• Proficiency with estimating software and digital take‑off tools
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead both internally and externally
• A proactive, detail‑driven mindset with a passion for building great projects
