Senior Superintendent

Complex projects, huge pipeline of work and company stability.

Manhattan-based projects will include corporate interiors, hospitality and specialty projects, lobby renovations, amenity spaces, rooftops, and MEP/ Infrastructure upgrades. While the firm completes many projects in the $2m-10m range, they'll also complete larger projects in the $30-50m range, and these projects are the one's you'll oversee - larger and more complex.

• You’ll be challenged by complex projects and high end finishes
• You’ll work with an established business that is known for high quality work
• You’ll be supported by experienced PM’s and will have administrative support from the office
• You’ll be part of an experienced team of Superintendents, many of which have been with the company for 10+ years

• Base salary $175,000-$215,000
• 401K with company match
• Profit sharing
• Performance bonuses

• Minimum 7-10+ years’ experience as a Lead Construction Superintendent in NYC
• Experience running corporate interior projects as Lead Super
• OSHA SST 62
• Proficiency in Procore
