We are an established Long Island–based construction firm specializing in Insulated Metal Panels (Kingspan / Metl-Span / AWIP / Greenspan),
Cold Storage Doors
, and Sub-Slab Insulation
. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Take-Off Estimator to join our growing team. This is an on-site role
; remote work is not available.
We provide high-quality construction solutions for cold storage and insulated metal panel projects, supporting both commercial and industrial clients.
What You’ll Do- Prepare detailed take-offs and analyze architectural drawings
- Perform material quantity take-offs accurately
- Use software to support project estimation and planning
- AutoCAD: 3+ years (Required)
- Plan Swift: 3+ years (Required)
- Bluebeam: 3+ years (Required)
- Microsoft Excel: 3+ years (Required)
- Pro Core: 3+ years (Required)
- Material Take-off / Estimating: 5+ years (Preferred)
- Construction Estimating: 5+ years (Preferred)
Software proficiency is critical: Bluebeam, Plan Swift, Pro Core, Excel, Word
