We are looking for experienced, field-driven Construction Superintendents who know how to run a job site, solve problems in real time, and keep projects moving.
This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for site execution, safety, scheduling, and coordination. Candidates must be decisive, organized, and capable of managing active construction environments independently.
Requirements- Minimum 10 years of NYC construction superintendent experience
- NYC Superintendent License (required)
- Strong knowledge of NYC DOB requirements, inspections, and sign‑offs
- OSHA 30‑Hour Certification (required)
- Conduct and document toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve field conditions quickly and effectively
- Update and manage project schedules weekly
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Queens job sites
- Lead all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through completion
- Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and sequencing
- Maintain schedule, quality, and accountability on site
- Make sound decisions under pressure to keep projects on track
- Communicate clearly with project management and ownership
